No. Advantage+ works alongside your existing group insurance. Employees continue to use their insurance for specialist care, hospitalisations, surgery, and major events. Advantage+ covers everyday primary care, urgent care, and mental health at $0 so those routine claims don’t touch your insurance premium.
Workforce+ is for companies that don’t offer health insurance at all. Advantage+ is for companies that do offer group insurance and want to protect that plan from everyday claims. Advantage+ is $60/employee vs $70 for Workforce+.
