No. Personal+ covers unlimited primary care, urgent care, and mental health at Holy City Med at $0 per visit. It does not cover specialist care, hospitalisation, surgery, dental, or vision. For those, you would still need separate insurance. Many members use Personal+ alongside a catastrophic insurance plan for significant savings.
Yes. Personal+ is month-to-month with no annual contract. You can cancel at any time.
Yes. Mental health evaluation, treatment, ADHD management, anxiety, depression, and medication management are all included in Personal+ at $0 per visit.
Non-members pay $120 per primary or urgent care visit, $40 per virtual visit. Members pay $0 for all visits. The $90/month membership pays for itself after two primary care visits per month — or one visit plus one mental health appointment.
Personal+ covers one individual. To cover your family, see the Family+ plan which starts at $130/month for a single parent and one child. Each additional family member is added at a per-person rate.
Members are seen in under 10 minutes 97.3% of the time. Walk in to either Holy City Med location during operating hours — no appointment needed.
